Main responsibilities:

1. Translate functional analysis into one high-quality technical IT solution at application level, taking into account established requirements, quality, budget and scope
2. In charge for the quality of the technical design that meets the functional requirements and is at the same time consistent with architectural guidelines
3. Understand the functional and non-functional requirements
4. Prepare the technical analysis in accordance with the applicable procedures and processes and ensures that this is the case is aligned with the architectural vision and application architecture and that it is sufficiently future proof
5. Develop the Salesforce requirements, staying as close as possible to standard out of the box Salesforce; customize if necessary
6. Deliver technical test scenarios
7. Challenge business requirements if better technical solutions make more sense in the Salesforce environment
8. Ensure the release process is followed, using the release tools defined
9. Perform system tests and interpret test results
10. Provide technical support throughout the implementation process

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

1. Proficient experience (7+ y) with SalesForce, Apex, VisualForce, LWC/Javascript, REST & SOAP API's (webservices)
2. Experience with declarative customisations in Salesforce (Flow, Permission Sets, Object setup, Approval processes, …)
3. Experience with PDFButler is a plus
4. Salesforce Certifications are a big plus - one or more of the following: Developer I and/or II, Javascript Dev, App Builder, Admin and/or Advanced Admin
5. Knowledge in other business technologies and platforms, such as MuleSoft and AX\D365 F & O would be a plus
6. Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
