Work Experience: 8+ years

Job description:

·       Candidate needs to write the Data Migration principles (SFDC B2B programme)

·       Candidate needs to be well versed with defining strategies & experience with process documentation.

·       Candidate should have written and done at least 5 data migration strategies & led data migration activities for large organisations

·       3+ Years of relevant experience in handling Salesforce/ Cloud CRM data/org migration

·       Experience with Data migration to Salesforce (or any other CRM) and understands how Data Loader and other Data Import capabilities work in Salesforce

·       Strong SQL and PL/SQL (Stored Proc) experience with some experience of migrating data into Salesforce ETL Tools (Talend or Dell Boomi or Azure or Informatica or MuleSoft, etc.).

·       Perform source system data analysis and participate in source to target field mapping

·       Should have an understanding of Salesforce API limits and concurrent limits

·       Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another

·       Perform data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting

·       Good in communication and effectively communicates with onsite/client Team.

·       Experience with continuous delivery and using agile techniques
