Primary Duties:

1. Consult with Product Managers to map functional requirements and user stories to Orders & Fulfillment features and functionality
2. Communicate Salesforce CPQ Billing technical capabilities representing Orders & Fulfillment to Product Management while collaboratively ideating
3. Work with consultants to assure functionality meets company’s expectations
4. Lead and document Orders & Fulfillment design conversations for Salesforce.com Billing and integrations into Oracle
5. Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
6. Coordinate with Technical, Solution, and Data Architects, as needed, for specific technical design requirements
7. Facilitate design conversations amongst team members
8. Utilize Scrum concepts to organize and prioritize work across your team
9. Work with Release Manager to prepare builds for release
10. Review and prioritize bug escalations from Support teams

Required Skills:

1. Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ/ Billing
2. Strong understanding of Billing Standards and Practices
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
5. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
6. Excellent Influencing skills
7. Experience in Project Management(Scrum Preferred)

Education/Experience:

1. 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations using declarative automation
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
3. One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer or administrator
4. 2 years experience with Salesforce CPQ Billing
5. 2 years of experience leading projects and initiatives
