Job description:

1.  Deep knowledge on sales and Marketing Automation strategy and processes including digital engagement lifecycle, customer buying journey, selling cycles and product lifecycles and the positioning they play in marketing organization to drive engagement and revenue generation.
2. Expertise in Marketo as mandatory and SFDC/bFO as strong plus.
3. Ability to identify and develop process strategies and design end to end processes and workflows on request.
4. Sound project management experience (in an Agile environment) and a PMP/Agile certification is preferred and strong plus.
5. Formal certification in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
