As a Salesforce Product DevOps Release Lead , the candidate will be responsible for supporting product teams in maintaining a continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline and managing deployments and releases.

• The DevOps Lead should monitor, support, and troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues in production environments. You will participate in deployment and release planning and provide inputs to the deployment/release readiness checks and run lists.
• Also, provide input to Development and Ops team members when new architectures, designs, or operational models are being formulated. You will provide release communications. The consultant should understand team needs for different environments during different phases of development and provision them.
• Lastly, will be expected to evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability for continuous integration.

• Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases
• Hands On Working experience of CI/CD, Salesforce Devops Tools/Suite like Gearset, Copado etc.
• Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
• Perform management of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations
• Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls
• Understanding of best practices regarding Salesforce implementations, including release management, deployment strategies.
