Work Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification:

1.      Bachelors degree and minimum 7 years of Project Management experience required

2.      Certifications is mandatory

Job Description:

1.      Technical development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com or Java/J2EE

2.      Demonstrate effective project management skills with a desire to grow and further develop PM methodology

3.      Documentation of formal project plans including Charters, Communication Plans, Timelines, Risks/Issues, Action Logs, Client Updates

4.      Track and review project budget

5.      Understand the problem statement (RFP/ RFI) by identifying missing information and support the framing of appropriate queries to capture the missing information

6.      Gather relevant information from teams (within the organization) and support in responding to opportunities

7.      Gather relevant information and data from the respective teams for RFP responses, creation of complex deal solutions

8.      Track and support bid management process (eg Deal review, Deal qualification etc)

9.      Own elements of presales support function (Deal analytics, prospect list, BD assets etc)

10.  Support compliance initiatves strict adherence to Bid Management process in line with laid down procedures and approval matrices

11.  Strong knowledge of both theoretical and operational methods of project management

12.  Experience with Salesforce or case management implementation preferred

13.  Strong competencies in planning, project management  and  ability to lead multiple Projects
