Job description:

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Testing experience in Salesforce projects. 
2. Good knowledge on salesforce custom objects, layouts, profiles, Users etc. 
3. Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple applications. 
4. Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance engineering best practices. 
5. Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner. 
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the team & schedules and goals. 
7. Must have effective business and communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere to lead and influence positive quality results among other tests teams. 
8. Must have proven experience as IT Quality Assurance for small to large projects. 
9. Experience in Test Management Tools like – JIRA, ALM & Azure. 
10. Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment and individual project contributor. 
11. Must have experience in developing test strategies and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls). 
12. Ability to effectively document and communicate complex technical topics. 
13. Having Salesforce Admin certification would be added advantage. 
14. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
15. Experience in API Testing, Provar Automation, Selenium Automation with Java/C# would be added advantage.
