Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst, Level 2 - Offshore:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent team player, self-motivated, eager to learn, result oriented, able to work independently when needed, have a strong attention to detail and be able to think “outside the box”.
·Excellent at Communicating technical concepts/issues clearly to colleagues and review documents for technical content and accuracy.
·Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
·Advanced knowledge and experience with automation testing tools (like Selenium, QTP, other) preferred. Experience with device testing (iPhone, iPad, android etc.) are preferred.
·Advanced knowledge and experience in defining project expectations and timelines for deliverable to fellow team members.
·Advanced knowledge and experience in the applicable Salesforce technologies, associated with, and identified for, a CBRE engagement, including, but not limited to, Force.com (Platform), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc. (the Applicable Technologies)
·Advanced knowledge and experience in all phases of the Applicable Technologies testing lifecycle).
·Advanced knowledge and experience in creating testing strategies/Test methodologies (including writing test plans, test cases, conduct manual tests and use/create automation/or tools.)
·Advanced knowledge and experience in testing Applications based on the Applicable Technologies
·Proficient in working in Agile projects with hands on in using JIRA.
·Proficient in database testing using SQL and SOQL.
