Job Title: 100% Remote Salesforce Sales Operations Support Analyst - 6 Month+ Contract


Job Description:
The Sales Support Associate will collaborate with our Renewals sales team to build maintenance support quotes for our customers. This individual will be working with Salesforce CPQ to deliver quotes to our global Renewals team.

Responsibilities:
• Support Renewal sellers by creating reinstatement, pre-paid maintenance, and co-term quotations
• Partner with other members of the Sales Support and Renewal teams to support in the selling process
• Be responsive, hands-on, and valued key contributor to deliver best-in-class service levels

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and analytically motivated
• Collaborative
• 1-3 years of experience building quotes with Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ preferred
