Role: Salesforce Senior Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Must have: 

1. Resource should have good exp in Technical Architecture.
2. Resource should have expertise with work experience in salesforce lightning and communities.
3. Expertise with OOB Salesforce capabilities.
4. Strong Techno-Functional expertise in Salesforce.com and customer communities.
5. Design & develop solutions primarily on the lightning exp and communities.
6. Improve architecture and optimize performance of complex software systems.
7. Good to have experience with middleware integration solutions.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
9. Do pair programming with a peer to not only develop but also execute on quality related tasks like code reviews, unit tests, functional testing.
10. Resource should have good communication skills.
11. Good to have sales/service/community cloud certification.
12. Ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers and team members.
13. Demonstrated ability to work and deliver in global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
14. Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment.
