Job description:
- This candidate must be an expert in the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Einstein Analytics, APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
- Work with Ad Sales Tech Director and Product Manager to build Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform
- Developing data flows, data sets, lenses and dashboards
- Modify dashboards and reports based on provided user feedback
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin and ensure all development meets enterprise standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
- 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL
- Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud
- Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
