Educational Qualification: BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, and/or relevant work experience (foreign degree equivalent accepted).

Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with minimum 6+ years delivering core Salesforce development solutions and customizations

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead solution and design discussions with CRM team and business stakeholders focusing on out of box or solutions that can be achieved with configurable/minimum customization and optimal solutions.
2. Develop and deliver portfolio delivery, product enhancement, global expansion, production support, and application administration.
3. Liaise with business users and resolve day to day support tickets within defined organizational SLA’s
4. Adhere to quality auditing requirements like test scripts, low user acceptance and go-live defects
5. Confirm to internal and external best practices, standards and processes.
6. Perform code review for team deliverables to ensure that solutions are optimized, falls within standard practices and governance limits.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Ability to guide and lead the team in technical and solution discussions.
2. Implement Salesforce functionalities including custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components &Development) 
3. Deploy code and configuration changes across various SF environments using Jenkins.  
4. Ability to resolve code conflicts and fix deployment errors.  
5. Perform test class run and deployment automation in Jenkins.  
6. Perform peer code reviews 
7. Experience with Einstein Analytics (Wave Analytics).  
8. Knowledge of best coding and design practices. Self- sufficient and independent in resolving end to end support tickets.  
9. Write test methods as a feature of your codebase 
10. Work with other team members across multiple projects and articulate development or deployment in functional manner. 
11. Actively engages improving software delivery through DevOps and other Agile practices  
12. Prior implementation of Salesforce solutions to support business processes. 
13. Salesforce application development experience including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Components 
14. Developing advanced user interfaces on the Salesforce platform using technologies (HTML/CSS/Lightning frameworks) 
15. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-driven development methodologies 
16. Experience working with Apex REST services and API integrations 
17. Experience with Jenkin and Bitbucket including merging, reverting source control branches.  
18. Experience with common API and integration patterns 
19. Experience or familiarity with Lightning Component development 
20. Salesforce1/Force.com knowledge 
21. Desired Experience: Visual Studio Code, Version and source control tools, Force.com IDE, Shell script automation)
