Role: SALESFORCE TECH LEAD

Experience: 7 - 9 Years

Job Overview:

This Role (Technical Lead) will have day to day management of the salesforce technical team.

You will work closely with Solution/Technical Architect and Project Manager. You will lead

development of customized components, write code if necessary (Apex, Lightning Components,

LWC, front end web technologies).

Job description:

1. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
2. Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
3. Develop highly interactive UI using LWC, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML & CSS technologies.
4. Coach & mentor Junior technical team members
5. Communicating with customer/Product Owner/BA to clarify the requirements
6. Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end user
7. Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
8. Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
9. Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
10. Debugging the code to resolve integration issues and communicating with stake holders.
11. Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers.

Skills required to contribute:

1. 5+ years of experience with hands-on development in SFDC technologies.
2. Should be proficient in Salesforce design, configurations, customizations, integration, and Salesforce reporting.
3. Experience in Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, Apex and Lightning Web Components,
4. Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
5. Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
6. Should have experience in integration with Salesforce APIs with other systems used in the organization.
7. Hands on experience on REST/SOAP integrations and a strong debugging skill towards integrated application.
8. Experienced in Salesforce data migration in various environments including production.
9. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
10. Perform design reviews/Code Reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.

13. Experience with Change Sets or any release management tool strongly preferred
14. Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
15. One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer-PD1/PD2, Sales/Service/Community Cloud).
