Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Drives technical (high level and low level) design and development that might involve complex integration patterns with external systems (the existing and target state payment gateways) where custom API-s are required together with MA TLS methods.
• Provide support and guidance to the development team when implementing features according to platform best practice.
• Available to offer best practice advice beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture.
• Experienced in several software development tools and methodologies with a broad technical programming background (java, .Net,…).
• Acquainted with several database technologies and have experience in implementing REST (fundamental) and SOAP (useful) web services.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration
• Lead technical requirement gathering and design workshops on complex projects
• Provides overall system architecture expertise to relate to and build upon existing systems
• Develops data integration, migration and deployment strategies
• Manages and mentors the development team

Qualification/Experience:

• 8+ years of technology experience in roles that provided experience with all aspects of systems implementation, including 4+ years hands on experience with Salesforce
• Deep understanding of salesforce best practices and concepts.
• Strong understanding of database design concepts, data migration and data integration.
• Must have experience in developing system architecture documents
• Strong technical writing skills (solution design documents, application architecture, integration architecture, NFR and deployment documentation)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; enterprise architect level presence and experience in facilitating technical meetings
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non technical business users from various backgrounds including, sales, client support and compliance
• Experience in the Agile methodology
• Experience in using Jira, Confluence and drawing tools.
• Salesforce Domain Architect certifications OR Salesforce Developer II. Certification is required.
