Job description:

1. Minimum 9 years of experience in Salesforce and 3+ years as a technical architect 
2. Architect Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) based platform, frameworks, customizations, integrations, and reports to drive the business outcomes and the platform vision
3. Knowledge of Integration Patterns (Remote Call in, Request and reply, CDC, Fire & Forget, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, Canvas Apps)
4. Knowledge of Salesforce flows
5. Knowledge of developing and integration of AppExchange products. Best practices for AppExchange product.
6. Must need knowledge of configuring SSO, JWT tokens, Certificate based authentication, TLS 2.0 Security
7. Knowledge of Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
8. Developer exposure to LWC and Aura components. Apex coding practices.
9. Create reusable components and services using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies
10. Drive improvements in engineering practices to optimize cost and quality
11. Provide technical direction to engineers, manage architectural risks, solutioning at program level
