Position Overview:

We currently have an opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Architect who has 12+ years of

experience in development and designing on Salesforce CRM.

Job description:

1. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
2. The candidate will be responsible for the technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
3. Ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
4. With UML diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies; you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support
5. Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the Customer
6. Ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.
7. Develops/reviews technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with technology directions
8. Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture
9. Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution.

Skills required to contribute:

1. 12+ years of experience in architecting handling large/medium size SFDC implementation projects
2. Mandatory experience on Sales, Service and Community cloud
3. Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
4. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
5. Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, HTML and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
6. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end- states, and deliver a CRM solution.
7. Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce
8. Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities
9. Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives
10. Should be hands on and should drive best practices on platform development
11. Should have hands on experience of at least 3 plus on lightning
12. Should enforce best design and salesforce config/coding practices with the team
13. Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative
14. and programmatic constructs.
15. Should be proficient in application data migration, integration, and reporting
16. Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skill towards integrated application
17. Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
18. Identify and mitigate solution, design, or technical risk at early stage
19. Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.
20. One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
21. Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations and customers
22. Good to have Salesforce certifications –Certified System Architect, Certified Application Architect , Certified Technical Architect
