Job Description/ Roles and Responsibilities

•         Produce Impact Assessments & High Level Technical Designs documentation

•         Walkthrough designs with stakeholders covering Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects etc.

·         Obtaining architecture review board approvals and recommend solution across multiple options based on cost-benefit analysis.

•         Lead workshops and meeting with Business and IT teams to define a solution based on business requirements.

•         Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders like Scrum master & Delivery team to estimates high level efforts of the technical solution.

•         E2E telecom Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Sell journey and enterprise product knowledge like IPVPN, Ethernet, Mobile etc.

•         Understanding of Data and Product modelling capabilities to define designs using industry standard best practices like TM Forum, SID model is good to have.

•         Integration knowledge and interfacing systems understanding using industry standard approach using different integration architecture.

·         Salesforce cloud knowledge and knowledge of security standards.

•         Working with Dev and Test teams during build and testing phases based on the solution defined in HLD and reviewing the Low Level Designs. Reviewing and approving SI/ Vendor costs.

•         Co-Ordinating and supporting testing phases like SIT, UAT etc.

•         Technical knowledge of Salesforce and integrating systems and components such as SUMO, DataHug, Docusign, Callidus, vLocity, Ordering and feasibility applications.

·         Sell domain technical know-how, to define and govern technical solutions configured and implemented for large digital transformation programme.

·         Manage and implement the technical architectural blueprint, leveraging the IT capabilities across the organization.

•         Experienced in liaising with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements, transforming business requirements in technical requirements, and working with cross functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution.

•         Requirements analysis, business case definition, technical architecture review with the domain & architecture leads, vendor & SI selection, the management of the design, the overlooking of the build with the domains, the solution acceptance, and the control of benefits realization with the business according to defined KPIs.

•         Proven track record defining and governing complex technical architecture and solution designs in a Telco environment. with technical knowledge of Opportunity Management and sales solution preferably Salesforce product.

•         Sound overall knowledge of Sell domain application capabilities, integration, data design methodologies, Agile methodology, coding standards, version control, continuous deployment methodologies and industry best practices

•         Strong communication, engagement, influencing and decision-making skills – able to deliver in a matrix environment and balance conflicting interests

•         Capability to analyse complex Business processes, articulate and define complex architectures in a simple way to stakeholders underpinned by a structured analytical approach and high quality architectural artefacts and deliverables.

•         Ability to translate Business Strategy and needs into IT Architecture Artefact for markets; estimate the financial impact of architectural alternatives. Ability to balance short term vs. strategic solutions to cater to conflicting demands.

•         Knowledge of collaboration tools like: JIRA, Confluence, MS sharepoint.
