Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 8 years of Salesforce and CRM Experience
2. At least 3 - 5 End to End implementation Experience
3. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highly preferred

Required Experience:

1. Design, Architect and develop solutions to business requirements using Salesforce and Force.com platform capabilities
2. Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework
3. Recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts, and provide sizing estimates
4. Create technical designs for new functionality
5. Good knowledge of Salesforce Configuration functionalities (Like approval processes, Workflows, Validation Rule, Process Builder, Flows, Communities & Analytics
6. Develop product capabilities using Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Web services and other technologies
7. Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers
8. Fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers
9. Should have Integration Experience (MUST)
10. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles / Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Process Builder etc.
11. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality
12. Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues identified during testing
13. Solid knowledge of salesforce.com governor limits
14. Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation
15. Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support
16. Good Experience with Data migration/Data loader/Code Migration
