Role: Salesforce Technical Lead                        
Experience: 4-6 Years       
Location: Chennai  / Bangalore                        
       
Job Description:                        

1. Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and practices                        
2. Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform            
3. Judges trade offs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project                        
4. Identify the varying skill sets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide the project in the best way possible                        
5. Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solutions.     
6. Lead technical discussions and workshops with client and understands client’s functional requirements and expectations.                        
7. Understands Integration and Migration concepts and has experience with Salesforce APIs          
8. Experience applying appropriate release management approaches in a professional capacity   
9. Experience of raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
10. Experience of all phases of the project lifecycle                        
11. Contribute to development of peers as well as the CRM practice as a whole       
12. Has ability to take decisions on SFDC Release Updates                        

Requirements:                        

1. 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, Apex , customization work handled in Sales or Service Cloud                        
2. One or more current Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred                        
3. 3-4 yrs of Salesforce Developer experience in Sales and Service cloud
4. Good Analytical and logical skill                        
5. Excellent communication skill                        
6. Experience in handling enhancements and production support tickets                        
7. Experience/ Knowledge in Salesforce Lightning components                        
8. Experience in mulesoft or Dell Boomi or any other integrations.
