Role: Salesforce Technical Lead 

Experience: 5+ yrs

Location: Mumbai

Primary Responsibility: 

1. Serving as Senior level developer for Salesforce.com & Must have Technical Lead Experience
2. The Salesforce Technical Lead will work on implementation and maintenance of Salesforce.com.
3. The Technical Lead developer will act as a Salesforce.com SME and implement improvements to Salesforce.com implementations

Roles:

1. Developing high quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals
2. Contributing to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy and production support)
3. Designing, developing and maintaining enhancements, integrations to Salesforce applications
4. Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign and development
5. Collaborating with various departments on new technical details, requirements and implementations
6. Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment and able to adapt to the changing needs
7. Staying current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements

Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience:

1. Familiarity with sales, service ,marketing processes and Experience portal
2. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits
3. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs
4. Strong Experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning, Apex programming required
5. Strong Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies  preferred
6. Experience using SOAP, REST and other communication protocols and mechanisms
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
