Job description:

1. 6+ years of experience in handling large/medium size SFDC implementation projects
2. Should have led projects as tech lead with min 2 DevOps implementation from scratch
3. Should have mandatory experience on Sales, Service and a DevOps tool like Copado, Gearset or Autorabit
4. Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce
5. Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities
6. Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives
7. Should enforce best design and salesforce config/coding practices with the team
8. Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative and programmatic constructs.
9. Should be proficient in application data migration, integration and reporting
10. Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skills towards integrated application
11. Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
12. Identify and mitigate solution, design or technical risk at early stage
13. Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA
14. Good to have Salesforce certifications.
