Tools: Any automation experience with Provar is good. Experience with other tools like Selenium is also considered

Job description:

1. Testing Experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud, Communication Cloud,
2. Experience working with Devops process ( Mandate )
3. DevOps tooling and any other necessary licenses will be acquired by Customer and provided to Supplier as reasonably required to provide the Services
4. Analyse the requirements via Epics, User stories, Solution architecture docs being some of the available documents
5. Design Test cases, Test Execution, Raise defects, attend stand-up meetings, Work with Squad teams, BA’s to do testing
6. Defect Triage and retesting fixed defects and track defects to closure
7. Participate in Sanity test runs and production sanity assurance
8. Give handover to E2E team on test deliverable, notifying all the teams on defects raised so that it helps in reducing redundant defects
9. Provide test sign-off to E2E testing. Ensure test coverage is maintained (through developing positive path, alternate path and negative path tests) while doing functional testing
10. Inform squad lead and QA lead on the absences/leaves and any obstructions that affects the delivery/work
11. Be Proactive in performing the test duties assigned and inform QA lead on the progress. Should be responsible and take ownership of the work assigned.
12. Experience in Sales, EPC, CPQ, CLM would be preferred and any experience in Telecom would be good.
