Job Description:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Testing
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a team player
• Should have worked in Agile projects and have knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
• Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and similar test management tools
• Hands-on experience in smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing, shakedown testing etc.
• Should have knowledge of API (SOAP and REST), API testing tools like Postman etc.
• Have some experience working in Salesforce projects which involve Community and sales/service cloud
• Contribute to sprint planning, sprint retrospective, task identification, and QA estimation
• Experience in test planning, test case writing and Test sign-offs
• UAT Support: Support test execution and test data setup, UAT demos, UAT defect triage, UAT Go/No-Go call, UAT status report
• Defect Management Test reporting: Log defects, Defect Triage Reporting Testing Status

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of automation frameworks and exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Performance testing tools like Jmeter
• Should have sound knowledge of Salesforce Dashboards and Reports
• Should have basic knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Lightening/Classic Environment
• Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs
• Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation
• Test Salesforce.com or Force.com apps functional testing which incorporated Unit Testing and Process Testing
