Job Description:

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Testing
2. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
3. Good in communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a team player
4. Should have worked in Agile projects and have knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
5. Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and similar test management tools
6. Hands-on experience in smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing, shakedown testing etc.
7. Should have knowledge of API (SOAP and REST), API testing tools like Postman etc.
8. Have some experience working in Salesforce projects which involve Community and sales/service cloud
9. Contribute to sprint planning, sprint retrospective, task identification, and QA estimation
10. Experience in test planning, test case writing and Test sign-offs
11. UAT Support: Support test execution and test data setup, UAT demos, UAT defect triage, UAT Go/No-Go call, UAT status report
12. Defect Management Test reporting: Log defects, Defect Triage Reporting Testing Status

Desired Skills:

1. Knowledge of automation frameworks and exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Performance testing tools like Jmeter
2. Should have sound knowledge of Salesforce Dashboards and Reports
3. Should have basic knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Lightening/Classic Environment
4. Working knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs
5. Good hands-on testing experience with the Salesforce UI and navigation
6. Test Salesforce.com or Force.com apps functional testing which incorporated Unit Testing and Process Testing
