- Minimum 5-6 years of industry / training experience in Salesforce Admin and Developer level

- Should be in the training industry for a minimum of 3-4 years

- Good track record of teaching students in Salesforce Admin, APP Builder and Developer level certification

- Good to have awareness about multiple Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service , Marketing and Communities). Good to have high level understanding around IaaS, PaaS and SaaS cloud model and positioning of Salesforce and other cloud applications with those categoriesCertification - Trainer must be Salesforce certified in Admin, APP Builder and Developer.Communication Skills-

-Must have good communication, interpersonal and student engagement skills.
