Job description:

1. Need a Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) TELCO - CPQ/OM/CLM Architect
2. Experience as Architect with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ, OM and CLM modules for TELCOM clients
3. Experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, Solution Platform Design, and Software Implementations Using Salesforce
4. Telecom industry experience REQUIRED
5. Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various team members
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and co-workers
7. Experience defining business requirements and use cases
8. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. 8+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce implementations in a lead capacity
12. 3+ years of Architecture experience working on salesforce TELCOM implementations
13. Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.
14. Applicable Salesforce certifications
