Role: Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
2. Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance
3. Work in scrum teams for realization of designed technical solution
4. Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success
5. Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
6. Should able to develop solutions based on Vlocity Platform
7. Collaborate well with onshore/offshore development team as team member
8. Ability to adapt and develop solutions in an agile environment
9. Should follow quality check process for each logical implementation and get reviewed
10. Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence
11. Effectively manage all aspects of projects and client communications

Must have skills: 

1. Overall 3+ years of experience and 1+ year of experience with Vlocity platform development
2. Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder, Lightning Web Components and Apex
3. Hands on experience with Omni Script, Vlocity Card UI framework, Data raptor for building various advance layouts, user interface, portals and guided process
4. In-depth knowledge of key processes in CMT industry-specific CRM solutions (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD)
5. Good understanding of Vlocity data model
6. Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Preferred to have Strong CRM functional knowledge of Order Management, Configuration, Pricing and Quoting functionality
2. Should have Omnistudio (Vlocity) developer certification
3. Vlocity CPQ or OM certification would be preferred

Other Skills:

1. Deployment of omniscript from one environment to another environment
2. Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP), as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure
3. Good analytical & problem-solving skill
4. Should have delivery experience working with the Global delivery model
5. Should have good knowledge / experience of Agile Project Methodology
