Experience: 6-10 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Governance- Check if TCS is working with the tickets properly and finishing it off within given SLA, check for TCS's resolution of the ticket and provide optimize approach if any
2. Reporting- They has Service Now tool in which they log all production support tickets, it needs to be checked everyday
3. Development- Develop new requirements as per the client needs. So, to cater these needs, both resources

Must have :

1. Good experience in Workflows (ECC legacy workflows mainly)
2. Good ABAP background as well as some of them might also be enhancements in the workflows
3. For senior technical person ( Lead experience and good technical background for governance )
