The candidate should have experience in:

1. ABAP Reports: Classical, Interactive and Dynamic ALV Reports.
2. Layouts: SAP scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms.
3. Interface Programming and data migration: BDC/LSMW/RFC/BAPI.
4. Module Pool Programming: Hand on experience with Module pool Screen developments.
5. Data Dictionary Objects: All types of DDIC objects.
6. Enhancements: BADI / User Exits Modularization techniques: Include, Subroutines, Function modules, Macros.
7. Sap Modules: experience developing objects related to PP/QM/MM/SD/FI/ and/or HR Modules

Experience: 3 to 6 years.

9. Should have Implementation/Support ABAP HR PROCESS AND FORMS ,Webdunpro ,HR ESS/MSS 
10. Should have Implementation/Support experience ABAP RICEF.
11. Should have Implementation/Support experience ADOBE FORMS AND SMARTFORMS.
12. Should have Implementation/Support experience OOABAP ,ALV ,DDIC .
