Role: SAP PP Functional Consultant

Experience: 6-10 Years

Minimum qualification required: SAP PP Certification

Location: Bangalore

Skills required:

1. Fair knowledge across all Producntion Planning  SAP modules however good knowledge on the Production Planning Initial focus on Master Data, MRP Panning, Scheduling, Prodction orders, Reperttive manufactuiing processes.
2. Ability to assist with problem identification and possible solution by means of skills such as code debugging

Essential Functional Skills:

1. Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes
2. Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements
3. Provide System Proposal / System Design Specifications to Technical team for any Customized developments objects
4. Preparation of test cases and user manuals
5. Support experience

Experience (Optional):

1. S/4HANA Functional experience will be advantageous
2. Solution Manager experience will be advantageous
3. SAP Variet Configuration experience will be advantageous

Soft Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.
4. Strong Presentation skills.
5. Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers.  In most cases, they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist.
6. Ability to work as part of a team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.  SELF STARTER.
7. Above board work ethics – this is of utmost importance.
8. Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.
9. Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.
10. Willing and able to travel extensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international) with a flexibility of every 6 weeks.
11. Basic German Knowledge.
12. Ability to takeover End to End responsibility.
13. Agile Knowledge.
