Job Description:
- Monitoring and Responding to system and application background job failure and fix tech issues for which initial functional knowledge of SD/MM/FI is required and directly coordinate with business users.
- Checking for style failures (Regarding master data/ grid changes) and failures in communication with PLM support teams –
- Checking to resolve issues and coordinating failures on all SAP interfaces (Bank of America log files (EBS, LockBox, HighRadius, SPS, AVALARA), NS integration (Inbound and Outbound), etc)
- Configurations related to Setting up IQDs in SAP (season data) and working with PLM teams
- Setting up seasons – coordinating with PLM teams and other SAP functional support resources team in each module area (SD/MM/FI)
- Monthly closing activity (Related to finance) – Month end closing and activities on weekend to support run batch job and hold and closure and update of batch job requirements. (Julie reporting database for month end close)
- IDOC failures regarding PLM/PGI/ASN/TPO and other interfaces.
- ABAP development – Production issues, Improvement CRs, Planned CRs – all utilized during the shift time based on availability
- Manual monitoring of orders coming from Nordstorm , and 856/810 via gentran customer list
- Working with other functional support team during shift time to provide status and updates as and when needed or routine Status meetings.
- Working with other functional support team on tickets/ bug fixes/ CR work /enhancement and issue resolution with debugging support to CH SAP IT and SAP functional support team.
- Responding/analyzing EDI problems related to PO/SO’s not being reflected in the system.
- (Mainly due to allocations or receipts not being generated or some other issues related to integrations).
- Technical support for issues that are being caused by integrations, file transfers and provide support to other functional support team on open issues/ customer concerns.
- MARC/Agility data not coming into the system - integration issues with Biztalk/ Boomi and Marc – coordination with MARC, integration teams, and Agility HK team
- Responding to Job failures- WEEKENDS and off hours (on Sat/ Sun., nightly)
- Daily monitoring of Jobs (ALL SAP Jobs) and working with other teams on notifying failures and delays, and issue resolutions (Tickets or as part of daily activity)
- System status evaluation daily (ECC – Green)
- 24 * 7 availability for any P1 tickets and issues that require immediate attention (Issue initiation based on– Self (IT Supporter- your team) /Customer/ Basis/ IT/other/ other support teams)
- Early monitoring – Monthly analysis on Early watch alerts as part of the system health check for ECC-AFS version for CH.
- FT support on SAP technical support including ABAP developments
- FT support on technical issue resolution, monitoring critical application batch jobs, re-running and coordinating with basis teams, business team and functional support team
