Job description:

1. You have at least 12+ years overall hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
2. Extensive experience in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
3. You have a proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
4. Learning is something you continuously like to do, you can work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision while playing a key role in a global, virtual team.
5. It is in your nature to deliver secure and reliable systems and services.
6. Excellent English communication skills are required.
7. You have worked with and operated Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager (SCCM and Intune ) , Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS for more than 5 years.
8. You have the basic networking knowledge required to support the enterprise level infrastructure.
9. You have been supporting and operating secure and expanding Microsoft Azure IaaS environments for more than 3 years.
10. You have more than 3 years of experience of managing and supporting VMWARE environment
11. Awareness about infrastructure monitoring tools and working in an infrastructure team supporting a large global company.
12. ITIL and AWS awareness for supporting global customers .
