Role: SCCM Support Engineer

Loaction: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Job Description:
 Total working experience: 5 to 10 years.
 Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong customer focus.
 Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment.
 Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management.
 Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
 Willing to work in the Night Shift.

Must Have’s:

o Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007 / 2012 and Microsoft Intune
o Expertise over at least 3 or more areas of SCCM as given below
 Software Update Management (SUM)
 Client Operations
 Operating System Deployment (OSD)
 Cloud Management (CMG)
 Server Troubleshooting & Data Replication Services (DRS)
o In-depth understanding of below topics -
 Core concept of different logs - Client side and Server side
 Knowledge of Network Communication Ports used between Server and Client
 Knowledge of flow between different components of SCCM
 Awareness of all types of log files and troubleshooting
o Operating Systems Concepts – Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
o Networking concepts – DNS, protocols, Devices
o IIS Concepts – Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL and Kerberos
o Exception Handling
o Memory Management concepts
o Tools – Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler
o Basic debugging skills
o Basic SQL Server Administration concepts
o Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
 Critical Exposure areas & Technical Specifications

 Strong experience in Windows 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012 server
 Exposure on SQL and IIS
