Job Description:

In this role, you’ll report to the Salesforce Platform Manager in alignment with our Program methodologies.  You’ll partner with our industry-leading team of Solutions Architects and Developers to solve complex problems and deliver best practice Salesforce implementations.

In our setup, the Product Owner and Scrum Master make a powerful duo working with the development team. The Product Owner ultimately decides what value should be delivered by the team, and the Scrum Master is accountable for making sure the team turns those decisions into tangible, timely, high-quality deliverables – in turn creating value and a sense of delight for our customers.

Experience Required:

• 6+ years of experience in a delivery lead, agile coach or scrum master
• Project and/or scrum certification - PMP/CSM
• Strong leadership experience in coordinating efforts across multiple locations and time zones
• Experience in navigating and exerting influence in a non-hierarchical organization
• Excellent communication, mentoring and servant leadership skills
• Experience working in matrix environments and fast growth organizations
• Salesforce application delivery experience
• Track record of working on the delivery of complex consumer and/or ecommerce products and services
• Knowledge of multiple approaches and techniques in the agile space – Scrum, Kanban, Agile
• Knowledge of working with JIRA, confluence and other scrum management tools

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate end-to-end Scrum process for multiple product teams
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Drive agile software development efforts and manage priorities for product development throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through release
• Collaborate and align with other scrum masters and program managers on strategic initiatives to ensure one cohesive delivery plan
• Drive the successful delivery of projects for the team, balancing priorities and resources in collaboration with the Product Manager and Platform Manager
• Supporting the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Build a trusting, safe environment where team members feel empowered
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Provide timely reporting to leadership highlighting any risk to budget and timeline.
