Job Description:

• Agile-Scrum-L3, Java-J2EE-L2, (Mandatory).
• As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams.
• You are accountable for removing impediments to the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables.
• You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended.
• You should be able to handle increased complexity and teams, and be a Scrum master for at least 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure project delivery for these teams.

Minimum work experience: 8 - 10 years
