Role:

• 10+ years of experience in delivery of technical components of large complex IT projects.
• 4+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience
• Experience of working in a large program with multiple inter-dependent Teams
• Experience of working with more than 1 teams as a Scrum Master
• Proficient in Agile / Scrum practices
• Experience of Release / PI Planning across multiple releases and ability to facilitate planning session
• Ability to resolve conflicts resource related
• Excellent management of dependencies (internal to team and external)
• Ability to protect the team from outside influences programs
• Proficient in Jira - Experience of creating / customizing Team boards / knows how to create Epics/stories/tasks
• Proficient in various Agile Reports
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
