 Role Description:

1. Act as a servant leader to guide and coach the srum teams on how to use scrum practices and principles.
2. Work with the Scrum teams to deliver high quality products and services for clients.
3. Work with internal and external Stakeholders to drive corporate projects and initiatives.
4. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Product Backlog grooming.
5. Work with Product owners to ensure product backlog is well aligned for scrum teams
6. Remove impediments for the team to ensure team achieves overall project objectives
7. Monitor, track, and report project progress.
8. Manage timely appropriate communication and relationship with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
9. Planning, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects.
10. Bring in best practices and lessons learned from other projects and past experience

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting
2. Proficient in tools like Azure Devops, MS Project, Confluence, Jira and Excel.
3. Excellent organization and project documentation skills
4. Analytical and Problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel
5. Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
6. Strong working experience in Power point including good presentation skills

Educational Qualifications:

1. Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools with 4-12 years of experience
2. Certifications in Agile domain like PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile, CSM, CSPO, SAFe preferred

1. Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
2. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
4. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.
5. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
6. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
7. Excellent organization and project documentation skills
