Job description:

1. SM relevant Experience 3+ years.
2. Good understanding of all SDLC phases.
3. Good understanding of DoR, DoD and Estimation techniques.
4. Good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and best practices.
5. Facilitated all scrum events/ceremonies and tracked different metrics.
6. Exposure to scaling framework, CI/CD, Devops, XP practices.
7. Proven track record of leading the teams and making them self-organized.
8. Excellent communication and observations skills.
9. Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Rally, TFS, Azure, VersionOne Confluence and Jenkins
10. Worked with product owners and other stakeholders to maintain healthy product back log.
11. Developed a continuous improvement culture in the team.
