Desired Skills:

• JIRA tool Experience (At least 3 yrs)

• To create stories and Sprint and other Artifact prepared on jira

• Knowledge basic Agile principles

• Knowledge of Scrum framework-its Values , Principles and Artifacts

• Exhibits Agile leadership along with basis of SDLC/STLC

• Knowledge of different reports to be shared at end of sprint and release 

• To supports the team to achieve targeted deliveries

• To do capacity planning-Supports estimating story points / work effort and complexity required based on the historical team velocity
