Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience, you will serve as a servant leader and Agile expert, responsible for guiding and coaching teams to deliver value and achieve project success. You will foster a collaborative and self-organizing work environment while promoting Agile principles and best practices. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Agile Practices: Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and best practices to ensure effective project execution and delivery of high-quality products/services.
2. Scrum Master Role: Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Team Collaboration: Promote and facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders. Encourage transparency, trust, and a shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
4. Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices. Help identify and address areas for improvement and ensure the adoption of Agile methodologies.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints. Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and alignment.
6. Agile Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key Agile metrics to measure team performance and project progress. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and organization. Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and techniques to enhance Agile delivery and efficiency.
8. Agile Culture: Promote an Agile mindset and culture across the organization. Organize and facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster learning and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development or product-focused environment.
3. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), Agile frameworks, and tools.
4. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications are highly desirable.
5. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Proven experience in leading and coaching Agile teams to deliver high-quality products/services.
7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to identify and address team dynamics and conflicts effectively.
8. Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, including Agile engineering practices (e.g., TDD, CI/CD).
9. Familiarity with Agile project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
10. Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest Agile trends, methodologies, and tools.
