Role: Scrum Master Project Manager

Job Description: 

1. Overall around 10 years of experience with a Minimum 4 years of Scrum Master and project management experience

2. Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology

3. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand

4. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity

5. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team’s progress

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customer, drive the calls and provide direction to team
2. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX
3. Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
4. Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
5. Perform Impact analysis
6. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present for internal and external consumptions
7. Track the project deliverables, highlight the risk well ahead and plan for mitigation

Must have: 

1. Salesforce Development Skill

2. Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc

3. Hands on Deployment experience

4. Experienced in handling a team of 10-20 members.

5. SFDC configuration and excellent customization knowledge but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc

6. Experience in Agile projects

7. PD1 Certification

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have:

1. Apttus CLM /CPQ experience and certification is good to have
