Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience:

5-7 years

AWS Cloud, Scripting (PHP, JSP, Python, Perl) and DB (Postgres, MSSQL and MySQL) Knowledge

Primary Skills:

Windows Admin, UNIX Admin

Requirements:

• Experience with automation/ configuration management using either Docker, Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required/ certification is an added advantage.)
• Strong experience with Postgres, MSSQL and MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus)
• A working understanding of code and script (PHP, JSP, Python, Perl)
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always- up, always- available service
• Experience in Architecting and Developing DevOps enabled solutions.
• Experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) services and solutions.
• Extensive Experience on automation frameworks like Chef/ Puppet/ Ansible.
• Extensive Experience with cloud services (Amazon AWS, Google Web Services) Familiarity with application platforms like GIT, Java, LAMP etc. though not mandatory, will be a plus.
• Understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application lifecycle
