Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years

Role Description:

1. Triage / analysis of issues reported by Bank - Suggesting parameter / configuration changes to achieve desired functionality
2. Suggest workaround to issues being faced
3. Experience in OFSAA modules list FCCM – KYC, AML, ECM, CS & TF EPM – ALM, FTP & PFT ERM EDQ & AAI

Responsibility:

1. Coordinate with Oracle Global Support (Gsupp) team for issues being worked upon by Gsupp / Engineering teams
