Role: Senior Scrum Master

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad.

Job Description:

We expect you to:

1. have excellent knowledge of all PDLC and SDLC phases
2. be the change agent who is not afraid of challenging the current status quo
3. have at least 8 years of overall experience including 2+ years as SM or Sr SM
4. experience of taking over a new scrum teams and handle 2+ scrum teams simultaneously
5. be thorough with DoR, DoD, and Estimation techniques.
6. Have good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and practices.
7. An expert facilitator for all scrum events/ceremonies and tracked different metrics.
8. Proven track record of leading the teams and making them self-organized.
9. Have excellent communication and observations skills.
10. Have exposure to ALM tool (e.g. JIRA, Rally, TFS, Azure, VersionOne), Confluence, and Jenkins
11. Developed a continuous improvement culture in the team.
12. Have CSM/ PSM/ WSM/SAFe SM or any other industry standard certification.
13. Have exposure to at least one scaling framework, CI/CD, Devops, and XP practices.

Desirable:

1. Worked with globally distributed team in different time zones.
2. Delivered virtual and in-person training on different Agile and Scrum related topics.
3. Exposure to implementing XP practices like TDD, BDD
