Role: Senior Software Engineer – Support

Desirable Experience: 6 +
Relevant Experience: 6

Key responsibilities:
 Perform configurations changes, fixing data issues, perform code fixes / change requests /
enhancements as required
 Triage of the reported incidents
 Proactively Monitoring the Application Health Dashboards
 Acknowledge any auto generated Application Alerts and act upon appropriately
 Following Knowledge base / Run book for administrative operations, service requests

Essential technical competencies:
 ASP.NET MVC
 HTML, JS, jQuery
 CSS MSSQL

Additional desirable requirements:
 Perform RCA for un-common / critical issues in coordination with Development Teams

Must Possess skills (Non-negotiable):
 Azure Monitoring, Setting up Dashboards, Workbooks, Alerts. Application Monitoring
