Senior Support BA(Russian language)
Experience:5-6 Years
Budget: 12-14 LPA (can be more based on the market standards)
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai
Shift: Rotational ( 12 PM to 9 PM) (7 PM to 4 AM)
The key area of focus for this role is to deliver software solutions using agile deliver methodologies
The candidate will be accountable for (but not limited to) the following activities:
• Have 5-6 years of Business Analyst experience with cross countries client interactions.
• Capture business requirements and translate these for engineers to deliver.
• Use technical & business knowledge and expertise to aid in the development, debugging and testing: 80% functional support to end/business-users and 20% BA
• Do L1 & L2 support for Europe, Asia Pacific, North America markets and time zone
• Assist in the preparation of business cases to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Operate as functional expert for the development team.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify functional requirements, translate into design specifications, determine testing levels and manage test case and test script development in line with processes and standards, ensuring that requirements are effectively met, tested and implemented.
• Work in shifts from 1.30 to 10.30pm or 2.30 to 11.30pm or 11 to 8pm IST (rotational) and willing to work in rotational night shifts with the frequency of two/three months once
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of software industry trends and specialized business needs, and proactively identify and drive identification of opportunities to be leveraged in solutions delivered.
• Develops process documentation for processes and procedures
• Develop training outlines for end-users and conduct trainings to end-users
• Communicate and collaborate with users to analyse information needs and functional requirement.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
• Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
• Have experience in handling end user queries, direct calls with Europe/US business users.
