Role: Service Manager- ITSM

Experience: 5+ Years exp in ITSM.

Job decsription: 

Their role and responsibilities are extremely varied and include:

1. Service Manager should have thorough knowledge of ITIL processes.
2. Leveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder management Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls
3. Making sure tickets are properly assigned, followed-up and closedin time.
4. Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
5. Matrix management of people, processes and resources including third parties including resolving conflict to move forward to resolution
6. Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix
7. Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up-to-date, including contacts information, technical diagrams, incident reviews
8. Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
9. Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage incidents effectivelyProviding periodic incident metrics reports
