Job Description:

• ServiceMax & Salesforce Certified
• Sound knowledge of Field Service
• Strong Salesforce and ServiceMax functional knowledge
• Strong experience in configuring ServiceMax application
• Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes {e.g., Customer Service (Request2Resolution), Supply Chain, Service Sales, Install Base, Contract Management}
• Knowledge of supply chain and Oracle Cloud would be a plus
• Strong experience in Agile way of working
• 5 years of minimum experience in SFDC (Salesforce), Service Cloud & ServiceMax required
• Minimum one full cycle project implementations in ServiceMax, required
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others
• Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Good analytical & problem-solving skill
• Willing to work in shifts
