Job Requirements:

Responsibilities –

Design and implement application configurations on Service Max to meet business process and application requirements

Provide application and business process consulting for implementation of ServiceMax application software (including configuration & or customization)

Creating functional specifications and other documents

Proactive in exploring improvements to solutions to support the business demands   

Provide technical support for applications. Support the end users and help in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.

Strong communication and presentation skills with leading / driving from front

Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution.

Provide guidance to development team in performing configuration management, build automation and continuous integration.

Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.

Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Business

Position requirement -

ServiceMax & Saleforce Certified

Sound knowledge of Field Service

Strong Salesforce and ServiceMax functional knowledge

Strong experience in configuring ServiceMax application

Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes {e.g. Customer Service (Request2Resolution), Supply Chain, Service Sales, Install Base, Contract Management}

Knowledge of supply chain and Oracle Cloud would be a plus

Strong experience in Agile way of working

3 years of minimum experience in SFDC (Salesforce), Service Cloud & ServiceMax required

Minimum one full cycle project implementations in ServiceMax, required

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others

Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Good analytical & problem solving skill

Willing to work in shifts
