Role: ServiceNow Architect

Experience: 13+ years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices
2. Solid experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and workflows.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement CMDB-related processes, and define best practices for configuration management.
4. Configure and customize the CMDB modules, including CI classes, attributes, relationships, and workflows, to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
5. Ability to write fix scripts to correct data within the CMDB.
6. Good understanding of various CI and classes within ServiceNow.
7. Demonstrates good understanding of CI relationships.
8. Demonstrate good understanding of CI Class Manager.
9. Develop and maintain CMDB-related documentation.
10. Experience in data migration of CI’s from one platform to another. Building transform maps, Robust Set transformers and transform scripts.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data synchronization and reconciliation issues within the CMDB.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
13. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
14. Develop/Configure ServiceNow system features or integrations as per requirement
15. Design and develop and deploy best in class Solution for the requirements using ServiceNow built-in Features /Integrations/Enhancements.
16. Strong knowledge in ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, ACL, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow and flow designers.
17. ServiceNow Experience with Scripted Web Service or Direct Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs.
